to your arrival to enable you to enter the retreat. Check
out our HOUSE RULES posted on our Message
Wall page on our website. Check-in time is 3:00
p.m. If a different check-in time is required, please ask
we may be able to accommodate you.

ARE FISHING ON THE DAY OF YOUR CHECK OUT, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR BAGS/BELONGINGS
ARE PACKED AND PLACED EITHER IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM OR ON OMR'S DECK. OUR MOST IMPORTANT
ASSET, ANGIE NEEDS TO HAVE THE HOUSE READY FOR OUR NEXT GUEST'S ARRIVAL. WE APPRECIATE

Housekeeping: Ocean Mist
Retreat is self-contained and comes equipped with a washer
and dryer, supply of wood, etc. for your use throughout
your stay. The guest is to maintain the retreat and is responsible
for any damage that occurs to the premises and/or furnishings.

Telephone and telephone calls:
Guests can use their calling cards to make long distance
calls. Local calls are free.
Pets are no longer allowed. We find this necessary
for cleanliness of OMR.
Sorry Hot tub is no longer available
Smoking is not permitted
inside retreat. (Please respect our wishes for a smoke-
free environment)
Reservations: Upon making
your reservations a payment of your first night stay is
required. The remaining is due and payable 2 weeks prior
to arrival. All rates are in Canadian Funds. $35.00 charge
on all NSF cheques.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 14 days of the date of arrival
will be subject to first night's deposit. Cancellations
made within 14 days of the date of arrival will be subject
to the full rental. We at OMR are committed to making our
customers happy, therefore, if we are able to rebook your
full vacation reservation, we will be pleased to refund
all money less a administrative fee of $50.00.
Customer Responsibilities:
Your reservation is for a set number of guests. Ocean
Mist Retreat must be notified of any changes made to reservation
such as increase in guests and is not to extend beyond the
number authorized by management. Guests renting accommodation
at Ocean Mist Retreat are responsible for any damage done
to the premises or furnishings during their stay. A copy
of OMR's house rules have been posted for your reference.
OMR should be left relatively the way it was found with
the exception of bedding and beds. If OMR is not left in
the order required, a $75.00 - $100.00 cleaning fee will
apply. Cleaning charge will vary on condition the house
is left in. We do not enjoy having to charge this extra
cleaning fee so please be sure to give yourself enough time
on the morning you are checking out to ensure house is left
in good condition. Thank you for understanding.
Garbage MUST
be taken to the dump before your departure. Garbage is located
not far from OMR down the road toward the Gov't dock on
the left hand side.
